Life is Shortbread cookies are available in small and large. Small cookies are about 3" in diameter; large cookies are about 4". Depending on the cookie dough structure, some cookies may appear chunkier than others.
Stamped Shortbread:
plain vanilla, lemon

Shortbread cookies have no eggs or leavening agents and slightly less sugar.
They are buttery and perfect with tea or coffee!
