Life is Shortbread

Hi! I'm Molly. I'm a mom of two amazing kids, dog lover, former teacher, recipe developer and cookie baker. I make a variety of small batch cookies, (not just shortbread!) bundt cakes, cup cakes, and quick breads on a made-to-order basis.

 

I donate a small portion of my profits to The Second Wind Fund, an organization in Denver, Colorado that is dedicated to making mental health and suicided prevention available to all teens.

I started Life is Shortbread Cookie Co., Ltd. because I believe that life is too short to miss out on finding a happy and fulfilling daily work experience! Real talk: life is too short in general, so why not share some cookies in gratitude and laughter with friends and family?
